An established and highly regarded accounting practice in Toowoomba is looking for an experienced Client Services Administrator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting practice administration experience looking for genuine flexibility, a strong team culture and a firm that rewards its staff.
The Role
Working closely with the accounting team and clients, your responsibilities will include:
Managing ATO and ASIC portals, including lodgements, registrations and client updates.
Preparing and lodging ASIC forms and annual statements.
ATO correspondence, including payment plans and general client matters.
Managing ASL / lodgement requirements and associated administration.
Client onboarding and maintaining client records.
Collating and issuing financial statements, tax returns and other documents.
Preparing engagement letters and general client correspondence.
Managing workflow,



deadlines and following up outstanding information.
General administrative support to Partners and Accountants.
About You
Previous experience in a Client Services / Administration role within an accounting practice.
Strong knowledge of the ATO and ASIC portals.
Experience with accounting practice systems and processes.
Solid communication and organisational skills.
Professional and personable when dealing with clients.
