Female Disability Support Worker

We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our team.

About the Role
Shifts ranging from 3–6 hours
Primarily community access support, including social outings, appointments, shopping, and recreational activities
Some assistance with daily living, tailored to the participant’s individual needs
Prospect to build meaningful, supportive relationships while promoting independence and choice

Essential Requirements
Previous experience working in the disability sector is essential
Female support worker (this is a genuine occupational requirement)
Compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Current driver’s licence and reliable,



insured vehicle
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) if required
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
