You will assist in the daily operations of the business through the following duties:

n

Planning for and executing tasks such as preparing, cooking, plating and presentation of our seasonal menu
n
Placing focus on excellent food and great service
n
Assisting with Café and Functions prep and cooking when needed
n
Being able to build strong, effective relationships
n
Motivating members of the team
n




Being aware of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene responsibilities
n
Checking, accepting and maintaining stock
n

All positions involve working shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays - candidates are required to be fully available during the club's operational hours. You must have a Food Handlers Basics Certificate, a requirement set by NSW Food Authority.
