Ready to pass on your nursing experience to the next generation? As a Clinical Facilitator, you will support nursing students during their clinical placements, guiding the development of their skills, confidence and clinical judgement. Due to high demand, we are looking for Clinical Facilitators across Coffs Harbour & Northern NSW.

About you

n

n
Minimum of 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
n
Unrestricted AHPRA registration
n
Bachelor of Nursing
n
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
n
Completion of, or current enrolment in, the Clinical Facilitation: Essential Skills and Principles short course
n
Robust communication skills,



with the confidence to liaise across clinical and education teams
n
Excellent written skills for completing student assessments and documentation
n
Prior facilitation or teaching experience, or a completed preceptorship is desirable
n
