We're currently working with an established but growing construction contractor in a very robust position, with a healthy pipeline of secured work and clear plans for continued growth. They're now looking to bring on a junior Contract Administrator to support the delivery team.

This role would suit a Civil Engineer, or a CA who may have experience in residential or industrial construction and is keen to develop long term in a commercial contracting environment.

The role:

Supporting senior Contract Administrators across live projects
n
Assisting with cost control, variations, progress claims and subcontractor packages
n
Exposure to procurement, reporting and project financials
n
Learning the full Contract Administration lifecycle with hands-on mentorship
n

About you:

n
Degree qualified (or close to completion) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
n
3–5 + years' experience in a CA, engineering or project support role
n
Residential or industrial construction background
n
Motivated, proactive, and keen to learn the commercial side of construction
n
Robust communication skills and valuable attention to detail
n
