We're looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused Administration Assistant to support our growing insurance building and emergency make safe team.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate make protected and insurance repair jobs
Schedule trades, contractors and inspections
Liaise with insurance builders, tenants, property managers and homeowners
Maintain accurate job records and documentation
Provide administrative support to the team
Deliver exceptional customer service

We're Looking For




Administration experience highly regarded
Insurance building or construction industry experience highly regarded (not essential)
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisation and time management skills
High attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
