Job Description

Aware Super is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk and Compliance for Retirement to act as the trusted adviser on risk and regulatory obligations across the Retirement business. The role involves ensuring risk controls, issues and remediation are managed within the GRC system and coordinating with Legal and other stakeholders.

The position supports recent product development and governance, with a focus on incident management and regulatory engagement to ensure compliance and sustained member value.
