What will you be doing?

Our Host employer is a business working in the Murraylands, producing high-quality portable buildings.

You will undertake a variety of tasks, including:
Work with a team of dedicated qualified carpenters and apprentices on custom projects
Use power tools, e.g. electric/battery drills, power saws, routers, sanders, planners, laser levelling devices and nail guns
Comply with local building codes and work health and safety regulations
Use your maths skills to take measurements, calculate areas and quantities

Completed more than 10 units of competency towards your Certificate III in Carpentry.
