What You'll Do

You'll be in the thick of it - managing priorities and high-impact hiring, within a supportive team of like-minded, driven members.

Source, screen, and interview top talent, handle testing and references
n




Keep candidates and team members in the loop with clear and timely updates
n
Work with precision and efficiency, utilising multiple systems
n
Support your Client Manager with client care
n
Bring creativity to your candidate sourcing game

What You Bring

n

If you're proactive, people-savvy, and thrive in a client growth environment, you might just be who we're looking for.

Min 2 years' experience in recruitment
n
A genuine love of people and commitment to top-tier candidate care
n
Transparent, confident communicator - both in writing and on the phone
n
You prioritise like a pro and keep your cool under pressure
n
Tech-savvy and super organised (Ideally experience with Jobadder, Hiring Manager, Hubspot, Referoo, Microsoft Office, Co-pilot, Linkedin Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, Juicebox)
n
