What You'll Be Doing
Managing HVAC/mechanical projects from start to finish
Working with builders, consultants, and subcontractors
Overseeing budgets, timelines, safety, and quality
Mentoring junior team members
Reporting to the Construction Manager and collaborating across departments
What You'll Bring
Experience delivering mechanical projects $5M - $30M+
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and services
Great commercial acumen – cost control, scheduling, and communication
Leadership style that's proactive, hands‐on, and solutions‐focused
Mechanical trade background or degree (ideal but not essential)
