Join Our Team as a Mental Health Support Worker at Conscious Care Group!

Conscious Care Group is expanding, and we're seeking dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join our growing team. This is an exciting chance to work with a boutique NDIS support provider committed to delivering top-tier care for our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access Support (CAS) participants, all while fostering a supportive and rewarding work setting for our staff.

About the Role:

n

We're looking for individuals with experience in the mental health sector, especially those with a background in supporting clients with ASD, BPD, DID, PTSD, and Schizophrenia. Previous experience as an AIN, EN, or RN is also highly valued, as we offer services to High-Intensity Support (HPS) participants. We believe that every team member plays a crucial role in our mission, and we're committed to recognising and rewarding hard work and dedication with above-award salaries!

Shifts Available:

Day shifts: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
n
Evening shifts: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
n

Location Priority:





n

We have multiple SILs in this region, and preference will be given to Support Workers who are willing to travel. However, we welcome applicants from all over.

Requirements:

Experience in Mental Health Support
n
Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Clearance
n
Blue Card / Working with Children Clearance
n
Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
n
Australian Driver's License
n
Roadworthy and insured vehicle
