Job Summary

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITIL Foundation Certification Experience: 10+ Years | Enterprise ServiceNow Implementation & Transformation Programs.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Define ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, and governance
n
Lead design and implementation of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSM, and HRSD solutions.
n
Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
n
Drive automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
n
Provide technical leadership, solution reviews,



and best-practice guidance.
n
Ensure platform security, scalability, performance, and compliance.
n

n

Skill Requirements

n

n
Strong ServiceNow Architecture & Solution Design experience.
n
Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer.
n
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and JavaScript.
n
Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management frameworks.
n
Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
n

Other Requirements

1. Relevant Certifications Such As Certified Software Architect (Csa) Or Similar Are Optional But Valuable.
