About the Role

n

Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

n

n
Interpreting and supplying genuine Toyota parts and accessories.
n
Assisting retail, trade and workshop customers with parts enquiries.
n
Processing orders, invoices and customer transactions.
n
Building on our trade business.
n
Receiving, unpacking and storing stock.
n
Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock control.
n
Supporting the Service Department with timely parts supply.
n
Delivering outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
n

About You

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
Previous Parts Interpreter experience (Toyota experience highly regarded).
n
Mechanical background an advantage.




n
Robust customer service and communication skills.
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
A positive attitude and robust work ethic.
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
n
Most importantly, you'll be a team player who enjoys building relationships and providing exceptional service.
