KWB Group is seeking a Production Coordinator (Wardrobes) to support the successful delivery of custom wardrobe and interior projects.

n

In this role, you will work as a Wardrobe Production Detailer, coordinating projects from sale through to production and installation. Working closely with our Sales, Scheduling, Production and Installation teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are accurately prepared, coordinated and delivered to a high standard.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in cabinetry, joinery, production planning, scheduling or project coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
Interpreting plans, drawings and project specifications.
n
Preparing production documentation and installation information.
n
Coordinating project information between Sales, Scheduling, Production and Installation teams.
n
Managing projects from order handover through to completion.
n
Assisting with production planning and workflow coordination.
n
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
n




Building solid working relationships across multiple departments.
n
Ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the production process.
n

What We're Looking For:

Experience in cabinetry, joinery, wardrobes, manufacturing, scheduling or production coordination.
n
The ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
n
Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
High attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
n
A proactive approach and a desire to contribute to a team-focused environment.
