We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team in an entry-level role supporting warranty enquiries and customer liaison. This is a great opportunity to build your career in a supportive environment while learning about our products and services.

The Role

n

n
First point of contact for warranty-related customer enquiries (phone & email)
n
Liaising with customers in a professional and supportive manner
n
Logging and tracking warranty claims in our system
n
Assisting the service and parts team with administration
n
General office duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation
n

The Successful Candidate Will Have

n

n
Robust verbal and written communication skills
n
A qualified and friendly manner with a customer-first approach
n
Ability to show initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
n
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & email essential)
n
Organised, punctual, and willing to learn
n
Current Driver's Licence (CRM experience a bonus, but not essential)
