Job Description
Junction Support Services in Wangaratta is seeking a Part time Case Manager for the Families & Single Adults Program.
You will provide trauma-informed, person-centred case management to clients aged 25+ experiencing or at risk of homelessness and/or family violence, supporting housing stability and safe outcomes.
This fixed-term role is ***** hours per fortnight, located in Wangaratta, Victoria, with a end date 30 June ****.
