About the Role
Step into a leadership role with impact as Store Manager at the high-performing Macquarie location.
Reporting to the District Manager, you'll be the driving force behind store success leading from the front, building a strong team culture and delivering a premium, style-focused customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead from the front to drive sales, exceed KPIs and elevate service standards




Bring denim to life through styling expertise and customer connection
Oversee stock flow end-to-end: deliveries, replenishment and inventory accuracy
Execute and maintain visual merchandising that reflects the brand's identity and commercial edge
Coach, develop and inspire your team to unlock their full potential
Create a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing store culture
Ensure seamless daily operations in a busy, quick-paced environment
What You Bring
1-2+ years' experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
A genuine passion for denim, fashion and personal styling
Proven success in driving sales and achieving KPIs
Strong operational skills within a high-volume retail setting
A natural leader who motivates, coaches and builds engaged teams
Highly organised, adaptable and confident in a fast-moving environment
A customer-first mindset, with the ability to create memorable styling experiences
