Farah Restaurant is looking for an experienced Waitstaff member to join our team in Spring Hill. This is a part time role with regular evening and weekend shifts. You'll provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
n
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
n
Serve food and alcoholic beverages in accordance with RSA requirements.
n
Recommend menu items and beverages to guests.
n
Process payments using the POS system.
n
Maintain clean and well-presented dining areas.
n
Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure productive service.
n
Follow food safety, hygiene and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
n

About you
n
n
at least 5 years previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality venue.
n
Current Queensland RSA certificate (essential).
n
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and beverage service.
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
n
Reliable, well-presented and able to work in a fast-paced workplace.
n
Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
Food Safety Certificate and POS experience are an advantage.
