Working closely with operational leaders across our CQCN business, you will provide financial insights, commercial advice and performance analysis that help drive informed decision-making and improved business outcomes. This is an prospect to move beyond traditional accounting and become a trusted advisor to leaders across a complex operational workplace.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
n
n
Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
n
Providing commercial insights and analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
n
Developing financial models and performance reporting tools
n
Monitoring financial performance, identifying trends and recommending improvement opportunities
n
Supporting month-end, half-year and year-end reporting requirements
n
Contributing to audit activities, analyst reporting and governance requirements
n
Partnering with operational stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting
n

About You
n
To be successful, you will bring:
n
n
CA, CPA or CMA qualification
n
A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
n
Significant experience in financial planning, analysis and business partnering
n
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
n
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
n
The ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
n
