About the Role

You'll play a key role in supporting the Drafting Production and Land Development teams, working across survey data processing, calculations, and plan preparation.
n
You'll also contribute to process improvement, team development, and stakeholder engagement.
n
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality cadastral drafting outputs across a range of projects
n
Process and reduce survey field data into accurate project files
n
Provide technical guidance on complex drafting and CAD matters
n
Support continuous improvement of drafting workflows and processes
n
Mentor and develop junior team members
n

What You'll Bring

Strong experience in a survey drafting environment
n
Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Trimble Business Centre
n
Solid understanding of survey data processing, cleaning and plan auditing
n
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
n
A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work autonomously
