Job Description
We're partnering with a well-established and highly reputable accounting firm located in North Sydney, currently seeking a motivated and personable Client Services Administrator/ Administration Assistant to support their friendly team and help ensure the smooth running of the practice.

About the role
n
As the Client Services Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the broader team and ensuring client needs are met efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Assisting with ASIC and ATO matters, including management of the ATO lodgement program
n
Supporting workflow processes and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm
n
Assisting client managers with correspondence, invoicing, and ad hoc administrative tasks
n
Managing general office administration, including answering calls, maintaining the database, managing procedures, filing, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating office events
n
n
About you
n

Previous experience in administration within a Chartered Accounting firm
n
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a high level of integrity and accountability
