Job Description

Chisholm Institute is seeking a Senior Change and Engagement Specialist – HRIS to drive adoption of the HRIS across the consortium. Based in Dandenong, VIC, this full time in office role offers growth opportunities with potential for flexible work where approved.

You will lead change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and communications, run workshops and co-design sessions, and coordinate across campuses and partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
