About the Role

n

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play an important role in supporting our recruitment team by sourcing quality candidates and building strong talent pipelines.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
n




Managing candidate relationships and talent pools
n
Coordinating interviews, reference checks and onboarding
n
Maintaining accurate candidate records within our CRM/ATS
n
Supporting consultants to successfully fill client requirements
n
Ensuring compliance standards are maintained throughout the recruitment process
n

n

You'll primarily work from our Dandenong South office, with regular scheduled time spent at our Laverton North office for team bonding/training.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous agency recruitment or resourcing experience
n
Enjoys working in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment
n
Has robust communication and relationship-building skills
n
Is organised, proactive and motivated to succeed
n
Wants to continue developing their recruitment career

Has a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work
