Currently, we are seeking to employ a full time Recruitment Consultant - Current Business to work from our South - Western Sydney Office. About the Position You will be working as a part of our Operations Team.

Main Duties

n

n
Managing a portfolio of current Clients
n
New business development
n
Collating and executing sales leads
n
Building and maintaining authentic Client relationships
n
Attending Client Site Visits
n
Pre-starts and toolbox talks
n
Other duties as required
n
Managing the end to end recruitment process from sourcing candidates, to interviewing, compliance checks and deployment
n

Selection Criteria

n

n
Great sales experience
n
Competent business development skills
n
Customer Service skills (written and verbal)
n
Recruitment experience is a mandatory requirement
n
Drivers License and own transport (our office is not accessible via public transport)
n
Able to pass a pre - employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test
n
Able to obtain Police Check
n
