Base pay range
A$115,******/yr - A$125,******/yr

Join a dynamic, high-growth professional services group as a Senior Financial Accountant, combining hands-on accounting with strategic financial leadership.
In this hybrid role, you'll manage a portfolio of high growth firms, providing expert financial insights, compliance support, and performance analysis to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
Provide financial modelling, performance management, and strategic insights to business owners.
Lead collaboration with offshore bookkeeping teams and build strong relationships with firm leadership.
What You Need:
CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years of finance experience.
Strong analytical, tax, and financial modelling skills (Xero experience preferred).
Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
