Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position
Job Description
Manage daily pub operations, front and back of house Professionally train and supervise staff to provide exceptional customer experience in food, beverage, gaming and wagering Oversee customer complaints Manage stock levels and liaise with stock takers Monitor sales and expenses Supervise security and record incidents in Electronic Incident Register Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, local council, police and WHS regulations Schedule & supervise repairs and maintenance Maintain staff rosters and records Maintain financial and operational records Report issues to senior management.
Task & responsibilities DUTIES

Qualification & experience
Current RSA and ARCG competency cards
Availability to work late nights and weekends
Experience with TAB and Keno operations
Current AML/CTF training
Excellent English – oral and written
Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management and 1 year of relevant work experience or minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position to substitute formal qualification
PREFERRED Asian second language Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold valid working rights in Australia
Experience with Global Gaming System

Salary: $80,000 per annum plus superannuation
