We are currently seeking anexperienced Welder/Fabricatorto join our dynamic team based in Henderson.
As a Welder/Fabricator you'll play a vital role in crafting high-quality carbon steel products that meet rigorous standards and various welding codes.
Working in our fabrication department you would be turning blueprints/drawings into masterpieces any fabricator would be proud of.
Duties and responsibilities:
Fabrication and Welding:Perform high-quality GMAW/FCAW/GTAW welding & fabrication across various carbon steels and stainless.
Blueprint Interpretation:Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to complete projects accurately.
Equipment Maintenance:Ensure welding equipment is well-maintained and in safe working condition.
Quality Assurance:Maintain a high standard of work, ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards.
Project Collaboration:Work closely with team members across operations and machining to complete projects efficiently and on time.
Safety Compliance:Follow workplace safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
What We're Looking For.

A positive attitude, positive communication skills, and reliability.
Minimum5 years of welding/fabrication experience
Proficiency inMIG, TIG, and stick welding
Weld testwill be required as part of the hiring process




Strong knowledge ofmetal properties, fabrication techniques, and blueprint reading
Ability to work independently and within a small team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Validtrade qualificationin welding/fabrication isadvantageous
Forklift license or additional certifications aredesirable
