Store Manager – Sale | 6-Month Maternity Leave Contract.
We're looking for an experienced retail leader to take ownership of our Sale store and lead a small, hands‐on team.
This is atemporary 6-month maternity leave position, providing an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager or retail leader to step into a well‐established store and make a real impact.
While the initial position is for6 months, there is potential for the role to lead to a permanent position with Pets Domain for the right person, subject to business requirements and performance.
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of your store — from developing your team and delivering outstanding customer experiences to driving sales, managing stock and maintaining high operational standards.
This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, developing people and taking ownership of results.
Key responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop your team to achieve great results
Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
Maintain high standards across customer service, merchandising and store presentation
Manage rostering, wages, stock,



inventory and day‐to‐day store operations
Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
About you
Previous retail management or strong retail leadership experience
Confidence leading, coaching and developing a team
A good understanding of KPIs, budgets, wages and stock management
Strong communication and customer service skills
A hands‐on approach and the ability to take ownership of store performance
