Job Description

Tasmania Government's Department of Health seeks a Clinical Nurse Consultant for MH HITH to provide assertive, home-based mental health care. You will perform triage, comprehensive assessments, short-term care coordination, safety planning, and medication management within a multidisciplinary team.

The position is permanent, part time (18 hours per fortnight), with a pro rata salary of AUD 118,297 to AUD 125,543 per year plus employer superannuation.
