As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an significant role in creating a positive experience while supporting our practitioners and keeping the clinic running smoothly.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service.
n
Answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, and scheduling appointments.
n
Managing patient records and processing payments using medical practice software Cliniko.
n
Liaising with doctors, allied health professionals, and other healthcare providers.
n
General administrative and reception duties to support the day-to-day operation of the clinic.
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
n
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
n
Has strong computer and administrative skills.
n
Has previous reception or customer service experience (medical reception experience is highly regarded but not essential).
n
Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
n
Can handle fast-paced administrative duties with precision
n
Preferred previous experience with Cliniko or medical practice software.
n
