Your Role as a Senior Team Member

As a seasoned pro, you'll bring strong service skills and leadership potential to the table. You'll be:

Leading by example, setting the pace, and supporting your teammates.

Taking ownership of key stations - grill, wrap, dress bench, floor, or till.

Delivering exceptional customer experiences with confidence and efficiency.

Assisting in training and mentoring new team members.

Keeping the restaurant running smoothly with attention to detail.
