About The Role
Clinical trials generate vast amounts of complex data that require expert interpretation.
You'll deploy our AI systems to accelerate medical review, adverse event detection, and regulatory submissions - directly impacting drug development timelines.
What you'll do
Partner with clinical trial sponsors to understand workflows and requirements
Customize and deploy Engram systems for clinical research applications
Build domain-specific reasoning capabilities for medical data
Develop evaluation frameworks for clinical AI performance
Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and performance metrics
Requirements
PhD or MS in ML, computational biology, or related field
3+ years experience deploying ML systems in healthcare/life sciences
Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
Solid Python skills and experience with ML frameworks
Excellent communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
Experience with NLP for medical literature or clinical text
Familiarity with CDISC standards and regulatory submissions
Background in pharmacovigilance or drug safety
