We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our NSW Sales team based at Emu Plains, NSW

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

You will be required to assist customers with order bookings

n

Liaise with customers with their queries and product information.

n

Liaise with other departments for orders and credits

n

Provide a range of administrative and support services

n

What we are looking for:

n

A punctual, positive and efficient individual

n





Comfortable working in an agile and time critical setting

n

Results oriented with a focus on providing great customer service.

n

Experience with MS Office is essential.

n

Experience with Pronto is advantageous.

n

Previous experience in the sales workplace or the construction industry is advantageous, but not essential.

n
