Woods Hatcher Solicitors have been operating on the Gold Coast for over 35 years. We are a well-established law firm located in Coomera and Isle of Capri and are looking to grow our team.

An opportunity has become availablefor a full-time Conveyancing Paralegal in our firm's busy Coomera office to join our conveyancing team.

n

The key duties and responsibilities of the role are:

n

operate your own files from A-Z under the supervision of our Partners/Solicitors

n

liaising directly with clients and other parties involved in matters

n

preparation of all relevant conveyancing documents and correspondence necessary for the conduct of conveyance matters

n

answering phones, dealing with enquiries and providing quotes to prospective conveyancing clients

n

assisting with paralegal tasks for commercial or other matters

n

To be successful in this role, you will need:

n





Valuable work culture and work ethic

n

Experience operating your own residential conveyancing files (including pre-registration contracts) from beginning to completion – minimum two (2) years required

n

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

n

Knowledge of LEAP, PEXA and QRO Online

n

Ability and confidence to work in a high volume, quick paced and demanding environment

n

Warm and friendly relational skills with the ability to build relationships with current and existing clients

n

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

n

Effective time management and organisational skills
