Job Description

Veolia is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join the SHEQ team in Kurnell, NSW. This predominantly field-based role (80%) will partner with operational leaders, coaching frontline teams to lift safety performance and culture. You'll influence behaviours on site and help deliver measurable safety outcomes across operations.

The role emphasizes mentoring, incident investigations, risk assessments and safety training, with a focus on practical safety improvements in the field.
