The Department of Customer Service NSW is seeking a Manager Supervision (Operations and Assurance) to lead regulatory operations and strengthen licensing, supervision and enforcement across NSW.
Based in Sydney/Gosford, this ongoing role reports to the Department and offers a path to contribute to regulatory reform, improve decision-making quality, and enhance public trust in NSW statutory insurance schemes.
