Our property practice continues to grow, and we are now seeking an experiencedSenior Conveyancerto join our team.
This role is ideally suited to a confident conveyancer who enjoys autonomy, values efficiency, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client outcomes, while being supported by a capable administrative and legal team.
The Role
You will manage a varied and interesting conveyancing practice, including residential, commercial, and off-the-plan transactions across purchases and sales.
From detailed contract review through to smooth PEXA settlements, you will have end-to-end carriage of files and the opportunity to build strong client and referrer relationships.

About You
You are an experienced conveyancer who can confidently manage files with minimal supervision and take ownership of your workload.
Essential experience and skills:
Minimum3 years of conveyancing experience
Proven ability to manage***** conveyancing matters per monthefficiently
Strong experience inQueensland conveyancing(Victorian experience highly regarded)
Ability to independently manage matters from start to finish
Experience balancing workspaces, preparing settlement statements, and drafting cheque directions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Aclient-focused approachand commitment to high service standards
Commercial leasing experience
Land title lodgements beyond standard conveyancing (including mortgages, second mortgages, caveats)
Exposure to conveyancing processes in other Australian jurisdictions
