yourtown is seeking a Job Development Coach in Queensland to deliver tailored employment services to young people living with disability. You will coach, guide, and empower members to overcome barriers, build work readiness and secure sustainable employment.

This hands-on role requires conducting assessments, developing personalised plans, engaging with employers, and providing ongoing post-placement support to ensure long-term success.
