An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a growing and supportive property management team in Melbourne's northern suburbs.

Managing a beautifully maintained local portfolio of just 147 properties, this role offers true end-to-end portfolio management with the prospect to grow into a Team Leader position over time. If you're passionate about property management and enjoy building long-term relationships with your landlords and tenants, this could be the perfect next step.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
Managing an end-to-end residential portfolio of approximately 147 properties
n




Conducting leasing appointments and Entry, Routine and Exit Condition Reports
n
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
n
Managing arrears, compliance and tenancy matters
n
Delivering exceptional customer service across your portfolio
n
Using PropertyMe and Inspection Express to manage daily workflows
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
Ideally 4+ years of Property Management experience
n
Proven end-to-end portfolio management experience
n
Genuine passion for Property Management and client service
n
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
n
Solid communication and relationship‐building skills
n
Ability to manage priorities in a fast‐paced environment
n
Current Agent's Representative Certificate
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
