We are working with a Westminster based property investment firm looking for a Credit Controller to take ownership of a busy, high value ledger.

What you will be doing:
Managing collections end to end across a live property portfolio
Building solid working relationships with tenants, managing agents, and internal stakeholders
Owning your ledger, driving cash in, and keeping aged debt under control




Partnering closely with AP, accounts, and the wider finance team
What we are looking for:
Proven credit control experience, ideally within property, real estate, or another multi entity environment
Confident holding a firm line while keeping relationships intact
Someone who takes pride in a clean ledger and does not need micromanaging
What is on offer:
Up to £46,000 depending on experience
One day a week working from home
