Job Description

Lumiere Foundation in Current South Wales is seeking experienced Youth Workers to support children and young people living in Out-of-Home Care (OOHC) with our partner organisation. You will be employed by Lumiere Foundation and work onsite with ICCare's residential care services.

You will help young people build life skills, confidence, and resilience while maintaining a secure, structured workplace, and you'll participate in ongoing training including Therapeutic Crisis Intervention.
