You'll provide high-quality Support Coordination to participants with a range of needs, including complex supports.

About You

n

You will have:

n

n
Minimum 3 years' experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator
n
Solid knowledge of the NDIS and complex supports
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
A participant-focused approach with commercial awareness
n




Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
n
Current Driver Licence, NDIS Worker Screening, Blue Card and Police Check
n

n

Experience with SIL, SDA, hospital discharge planning or project management will be highly regarded.

n
