Overview
Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia) is one of Australia's largest autism‐specific service providers, with one of the biggest autism‐specific school programs in the world.
As a not‐for‐profit organisation, we work in partnership with people of all ages on the autism spectrum and their families to deliver evidence‐informed, person‐centred, family‐focused solutions that are customer driven.
Job Description
$81.7K – $121K pa (pro‐rata) FTE inclusive of super, phone and laptop
Part‐time role (3 days per week) for a 12‐month contract until December ****

Responsibilities
This role works closely with the Aspect Central Coast School's Learning Support Team to achieve the best outcomes for students through individual, whole‐class and whole‐school supports.
You will work in partnership with each student and their families/support network to identify strengths and areas of need, develop support strategies that build capabilities and align with the participant's interests, and deliver the agreed supports during school terms.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
Member of Speech Pathology Australia (or willing to obtain)
Current driver's licence, use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km) and willingness for occasional travel across the Central Coast
NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
Working with Children Check for paid employment in your state
NDIS Worker Orientation Module – 'Quality, Safety and You' certificate (click here to access the free module if not yet completed)
May be required to provide an international police clearance
