We are currentlyseeking an experiencedSite Supervisor / Foremanto join uson a contractbasis, overseeing thedelivery of aluxury residentialprojectinStrathfield,NSWfrom commencement throughto completion.
The Chance
This isanexcellentopportunityfor ahighly capable SiteSupervisor or Foremanwith a strongbackground in customresidential construction.
Working onsitefull time, youwill be responsiblefor the day to day managementof the project, ensuring it isdelivered safely, onschedule, and tothe highest standardof workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the dailysite operations ofa high-endresidentialconstructionproject.
Coordinate and superviseall trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Manage theconstruction programmeto ensure projectmilestones and deadlinesare achieved.
Conduct qualityinspectionsthroughouteach stageof the build, maintainingexceptionalstandardsof workmanshipand finishes.




Ensurecompliance with allworkplace health andsafety requirements andmaintain a safe, organised site.
Maintain accurate siterecords, includingsitediaries,inspections,andprojectdocumentation.
Coordinate material procurementand deliveries tominimise delaysandmaintain workflow.
Liaise professionally withclients, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders, ensuring clearcommunicationthroughouttheconstructionprocess.
About You
To be successfulin thisrole, you will possess:
A minimum offive yearsexperiencein residential sitesupervision or sitemanagement.
Demonstratedexperiencedeliveringhigh-end, custom, or luxuryresidential homes.
Astrong understandingof residentialconstructionpractices,sequencing,and quality control.
Excellent leadership andorganisational skills,with the abilityto effectively managetrades and subcontractors.
A meticulous eyefor detail andcommitment todeliveringexceptionalquality.
Strong communication andstakeholder managementskills.
A current WhiteCard and anyrelevant licences orcertifications.
