Job Description

Mercer is seeking a Senior Manager, Line 1 Risk and Compliance SME to lead risk uplift within our Change and Transformation team. The role is a 12-month contract and can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane; it requires hybrid work with at least three days in the office each week.

You will identify risks across financial, operational, and regulatory domains, uplift policies, monitor controls, and report to senior management.
