Your New Role

As the Office Coordinator / Team Assistant, you'll be the go-to person for all things office related and will report to an incredibly supportive Business Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

Being the friendly face of the office, welcoming guests in a warm manner.
n
Taking the lead on booking domestic flights and accommodation.
n
Providing calendar management to executives within the business.
n
Assisting the team by coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring every space is set up.
n
Bringing the team together by planning fun office events and social celebrations.
n
Being the go to for facilities and workspace needs, ensuring everything is functional.

About You

n

n
Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Office Coordinator, Receptionist, Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
n
Previous experience with MS Office.
n
A keen eye for detail and a passion for getting things right.
n
Organised, proactive, and ready to take on current challenges.
n
