What you'll do:
Lead and develop a team of 5 across Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Payroll, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial services and fostering a high-performance culture
Oversee all day-to-day financial operations, ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, policies, and internal controls
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and funding obligations while maintaining robust governance and risk management frameworks
Support the General Manager, Corporate Services in driving key projects, process improvements, and system enhancements, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation
Partner with business leaders to provide strategic financial advice, insights, and analysis that support informed decision-making and alignment with organisational objectives

What you'll do:

The details:
Full time permanent role
Based at Macquarie Park, hybridwork options available
Competitive base salary + 12% super and tax-free salary packaging up to$15,900.

What you'll bring:
A minimum of 5 + years' experience in a similar leadership role
A relevant tertiary qualification, together with CPA or CA accreditation,



is essential
In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and statutory obligations
Not for Profit sector experience is highly desirable
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership with experience building high-performing teams
A strongcommitment to continuous improvement and driving efficiencies
