Head of HR, ER/IR and Talent prospect working for this multi-site Australian business based in the heart of the Parramatta CBD. This company supplies essential services and products to a wide range of Australian households and have been delivering for over 50 years.

The Role

n

Reporting to the General Manager for People this role manages a large team focussed on delivering high-level HR services to the business.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Establish and lead the People Capability operating model across ER, IR, WHS and Talent.
n
Develop and maintain contemporary HR policies, procedures and frameworks that enable operational excellence.
n
Act as a strategic partner and change agent, building trusted relationships with senior leaders and influencing organisational performance.
n
Implement a systematic, risk‐based approach to HR compliance, issues management and governance.
n
Build a measurable baseline of client satisfaction across multi-site business partners.
n
Lead specialist HR advisory services, ensuring timely,



accurate guidance.
n
Monitor emerging initiatives, legislation and policy changes, ensuring the business remains aligned and responsive.
n
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a cooperative, innovative and high‐performing culture.
n

Your Profile

n

You will be a senior HR leader with deep expertise across ER/IR, WHS, Talent or broader People & Culture disciplines. You bring:

n

n
Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, WHS, Business or related fields (or equivalent experience).
n
Significant leadership experience in complex organisations.
n
Solid stakeholder engagement, negotiation and conflict management capability.
n
Proven ability to lead specialist HR functions and deliver strategic people outcomes.
n
High-level analytical, problem‐solving and organisational skills.
n
A commitment to continuous learning, adaptability and service excellence.
