About the Role

You'll lead the day-to-day operations of our Service Coordination team, ensuring maintenance work is delivered efficiently, contractual KPIs are achieved, and our clients receive exceptional service.

You'll coach and develop your team, build robust relationships with clients and contractors, improve operational processes, monitor performance, and champion a positive safety culture.

About You

n

4+ years' experience in Facilities Management or a similar service-based industry.

n

Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams.

n

Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

n

A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving ability.

n

Experience using Microsoft Office and service management systems such as TSM or similar.

n

Most importantly, you're an authentic leader who enjoys developing people,



building relationships and delivering results.
