The Opportunity As An ECT At Guardian Pasadena, You Will
Lead a team of educators, mentoring their growth and ensuring exceptional care for every child.
Build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed and confident in the quality of care.




Support educators to deliver contemporary early childhood practices and embed the Guardian Curriculum.
Champion your Centre as a beacon of Guardian's values: brave, positive, thoughtful, and qualified.
Implement visible educational programs on Storypark, encouraging collaboration from families, children, and educators.
Maintain children's learning profiles and drive continuous improvement through self-assessment.
Join Leadership Councils to develop leadership skills, drive change, and shape decision-making.
To Be Considered, You Will Have
Tertiary Qualifications in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA
Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
Previous ECT experience
Current Teacher's Accreditation/ Registration (SA)
Valid Working with Children's Check (SA)
